Our hiring process

Four steps, no surprises.

  2. Initial conversation. A 30-minute call to discuss your background and our work.
  3. Technical exercise. Role-specific case study — practical, not theoretical.
  4. Final interview. Meet the founding partner and a senior team member.

Total timeline is typically two to three weeks from application to offer. We move fast when there's a fit.
